Men's Physique Junior
Men’s Physique Junior is a bodybuilding division for male athletes typically under 19, focusing on aesthetics with a lean, fit physique, broad shoulders, and a well-defined waist. They are judged on muscular definition and stage presence.
Men's Physique
Judging is based on having overall full muscularity, balance, lean fit physique with good symmetry in both musculares and conditioning. Extreme muscular size and leanness like with bodybuilding category should be avoided. Small waist, good V-shape.
Classic Physique
Classic Physique category is for men have more muscle than men’s physique, but less than men’s bodybuilding. The emphasis is on symmetry and this will take priority in judging rather than the size or extreme conditioning.
Women's Wellness
Judging is based on more lower body development through the hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The upper body is developed but not to the same degree as the lower body. Stage presence, poise, posture and confidence.
Women's Bikini
Judging is bases on competitors displaying a foundation of muscle which gives shape, fullness and good symmetry. Stage presence, poise, posture and confidence. Bikini competitors should not display deep muscle separation, striations or grainnes.
